The content on the Site is intended to offer general guidance about our services (such as consulting, support, and training in the Microsoft ecosystem) and does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer. We do not collect personal data directly through this Site; if you wish to contact us or provide information, you will be redirected to an external platform (such as Microsoft Forms) not operated by us. The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site, you (the user) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree

to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Russolution Consult (“Russolution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted will signify your acceptance of those changes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of Russolution Consult or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our company name, Russolution Consult, our logos, brand identity, and any materials published on the Site. All rights, title, and interest in the Site’s content are reserved by Russolution Consult. You are authorized to view, download, and print content from the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. No other use is permitted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, repost, transmit, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Russolution Consult. Unauthorized use of our content or trademarks is strictly prohibited and may violate intellectual property laws.

4. Use of Website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our Site only for lawful purposes

and in accordance with these Terms. When using this Site, you agree not to engage in any misuse or

unlawful activity, including but not limited to:

- Illegal Activities: You must not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Site.

- Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site,

other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Site or our networks.

- Malicious Code: You must not introduce viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, or any other harmful or disruptive code or software onto the Site. Any attempt to compromise the Site’s functionality or to harm another user’s experience is strictly forbidden.

- No Abuse of Content: You may not exploit, scrape, copy, or use any content from the Site for any commercial purpose without permission. This also means you cannot use automated tools (like bots or scrapers) to extract data or content from the Site.

- Interference: Do not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper working of the Site or the servers and networks used to make the Site available. You must not attempt to disable or overwhelm the Site, for example via a denial-of-service attack.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any of the above rules or otherwise abused the use of our Site, we reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site without notice and take any appropriate legal action.

5. External Links Disclaimer

Our Site may contain links to external websites or third-party services (for example, a link to a Microsoft Forms page for contacting us or submitting information). These links are provided for your convenience and to facilitate your interactions with us. However, Russolution Consult has no control over the content, security, or data practices of any third-party websites. As such, we do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any information, products, services, or content on those external sites. When you click on a third-party link (including the Microsoft Forms link on our Site), you will be subject to that third party’s terms and privacy policy, which may differ from ours. Any personal information you provide through external sites is collected by those third parties, not by Russolution Consult, and we are not responsible for how such information is used or protected. Visiting or providing information to any external website is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms of use and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit via links from our Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The information and materials on this Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Russolution Consult makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or the content on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You understand that any content downloaded or obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Russolution Consult, its directors, employees, partners, or

affiliates, be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use

of, or inability to use, this Site or reliance on any information provided on the Site. This limitation of

liability applies to all types of damages or claims, whether they are direct, indirect, incidental,

consequential, special, or punitive, including but not limited to damages for errors or omissions in

the content, any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any other damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. By using the Site, you expressly agree that you assume full responsibility for your use of the Site and that you use the Site at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability; therefore, portions of the above limitations may not fully apply to you. In any case, Russolution Consult’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed any amount (if any) you paid to us for specific services related to the Site or GHS ₵0 (if no such payments have been made).

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this Site, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. We make no representation that the content of the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing the Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable under Ghanaian law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
