At Russolution Consult, our story is one of purpose-driven evolution. What started as a humble Power Platform mentorship community has grown into a globally active Microsoft consultancy delivering real-world impact. Yet, even as our scope and services expand, we remain deeply rooted in our mission: to empower people, transform organizations, and solve meaningful problems using Microsoft Business Applications.
From Mentorship to Movement
Our journey began with a vision to bridge the gap between aspiration and opportunity. Through our flagship initiative, Taste and See Academy, we welcomed individuals from diverse backgrounds—including many with no prior technology experience—and equipped them with hands-on, industry-relevant training in Microsoft’s low-code tools. As our community of learners grew, so did their passion and capability. It became clear that what they were learning had the potential to change not just their careers, but entire organizations.
This realization gave birth to Russolution Consult—a consultancy powered by a team of professionals who had themselves once been mentees. These Microsoft consultants and solution architects didn’t just understand the technology—they understood transformation. And they were ready to bring that change to others.
